Exam Details and Admit Card Availability
The RRB NTPC CBT 2 exam is set for October 13, 2025. Admit cards will be available for download starting October 9, four days prior to the exam date. It is essential for candidates to bring their admit cards along with a valid photo ID to the examination center.
Eligibility Criteria for the Exam
Only those candidates who have successfully cleared the RRB NTPC CBT 1 are eligible to sit for the CBT 2 exam. The results for CBT 1 were announced on September 19, 2025. The selection process consists of four stages: CBT 1, CBT 2, a typing test, document verification, and a medical examination.
Exam Pattern for RRB NTPC CBT 2
The RRB NTPC CBT 2 exam will feature a total of 120 questions divided as follows:

- 35 questions – Mathematics
- 35 questions – General Intelligence and Reasoning
Candidates will have 90 minutes to complete the exam. Each correct answer will earn 1 mark, while incorrect answers will incur a penalty of 0.5 marks.
