RRB NTPC Vacancy 2025: The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has officially announced the recruitment of 5,800 positions within the Non-Technical Popular Category (NTPC Graduate Level). The online application process commenced today. Eligible candidates can apply by visiting the official railway website.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in any field from a recognized university, which is the minimum requirement for all positions.


Age Limit: The age range for applicants is set between 18 and 33 years. Relaxations are applicable for reserved categories: SC/ST candidates receive a 5-year extension, while OBC candidates get a 3-year extension. Age will be calculated as of January 1, 2026. General and EWS candidates must be born after January 1, 1993, OBC (NCL) candidates after January 1, 1990, and SC/ST candidates after January 1, 1988.


Selection Process

The selection will occur in multiple phases. Initially, candidates will undertake a Computer-Based Test (CBT-1). Those who qualify will proceed to the second stage, CBT-2.


Depending on the role, candidates may also need to complete a Computer-Based Typing Skill Test (CBTST) or a Computer-Based Aptitude Test (CBAT). Following these assessments, document verification and a medical examination will be conducted, leading to the final selection.
