Compensation Details:
Selected candidates will receive a salary at Level 6 of the pay matrix, starting with a basic pay of ₹35,400 per month. Additional benefits include Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), travel allowances, railway passes, and various other perks. The total initial in-hand salary is expected to exceed ₹50,000, with potential increases upon promotion. Railway employment also offers free travel, accommodation, and medical facilities.

Fee Details:
Candidates belonging to General, OBC, and EWS categories are required to pay an application fee of ₹500. In contrast, SC, ST, differently-abled individuals, women across all categories, and ex-servicemen will only need to pay ₹250. Notably, transgender applicants are exempt from any fees. Payments must be made online, and a confirmation will be sent via email or SMS after submission.

How Selection Will Be Conducted:
The selection process will consist of four stages: Computer-Based Test 1 (CBT-1), Computer-Based Test 2 (CBT-2), document verification, and a medical examination. Both CBTs will feature negative marking, emphasizing the need for thorough preparation. Candidates who advance to CBT-2 will have improved chances of selection, with a focus on technical knowledge and problem-solving abilities.
