Salary Structure

The Assistant Loco Pilot role is classified under Level-2 of the 7th Pay Commission pay scale, offering an initial basic salary of ₹19,900 per month. Additional allowances and benefits will also be provided, enhancing the overall compensation package.


Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must have completed their 10th grade and possess an ITI certificate (NCVT/SCVT) from a recognized institution. Candidates with a Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Automobile engineering, as well as B.E./B.Tech degrees in relevant fields, are also eligible. Valid ITI trades include Fitter, Electrician, Wireman, Diesel Mechanic, Machinist, Turner, and Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic.


Age Requirements

Candidates must be at least 18 years old, with a maximum age limit of 30 years. Age relaxation will be provided for candidates from reserved categories as per applicable regulations.
