RPSC SI 2025 Results Released
The Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) in Ajmer has officially published the results for the Sub-Inspector/Platoon Commander Competitive Examination-2025. As per the announcement from RPSC, 20,455 candidates have been selected to proceed to the physical test based on their performance in the written exam. Eligibility and Disqualifications
Candidates who achieved the minimum qualifying marks in this examination, which was conducted for the Home (Group-1) Department across both scheduled and non-scheduled areas, are provisionally eligible for the next phase, the Physical Efficiency Test (PET).
Ineligibility of 1,744 Candidates:
RPSC has also disclosed that 1,744 candidates have been marked as ineligible. This decision stems from the Commission's stringent guidelines, which state that if a candidate fails to select any of the five options for over 10% of the questions, they will be disqualified. These candidates made this error on their OMR sheets, and their roll numbers have been published separately on the website.
Exam Details
Exam Dates:
The competitive examination for the Sub-Inspector and Platoon Commander positions took place on April 5 and 6 of this year. It consisted of two objective-type papers.
Physical Efficiency Test Information:
The successful candidates will be called for the Physical Efficiency Test, which will be organized by the Director General and Inspector General of Police, Rajasthan (Jaipur). The Police Department will announce the detailed schedule for this test shortly.
Verification and Withheld Results
The Commission has clarified that eligibility verification for the successful candidates has not yet occurred; this will be done during the interview process. Some results have been withheld for specific candidates.

- Roll Number 1640138: Result kept in a sealed cover due to an interim order from the Hon'ble Rajasthan High Court, Jodhpur (Civil Writ Petition No. 6121/2026).
- Roll Number 1397076: Result pending final decision in the Hon'ble High Court's Writ Petition No. 7438/2026.
- Roll Number 1419021: Result withheld for administrative reasons.
