RPSC Announces Recruitment for School Lecturers in Rajasthan
Rajasthan Public Service Commission Recruitment Notification
The Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) has released a notification regarding the recruitment of School Lecturers (Special). This is an excellent chance for individuals aiming to secure a government position as a School Lecturer in Rajasthan.
The application process for these School Lecturer roles is now open. Interested candidates can submit their applications until June 30. There will also be an option for applicants to correct any errors in their forms. The examination is set to take place on December 6, 2026.
**Required Educational Qualifications**
Applicants must possess a postgraduate degree in relevant subjects such as English, Hindi, History, Sociology, etc., from a recognized institution in India. A B.Ed. degree is also mandatory. Furthermore, candidates should have a working knowledge of Hindi in the Devanagari script and an understanding of Rajasthan's culture.
**Age Requirements**
The minimum age for applicants is 21 years, while the maximum age limit is 40 years. Relaxation in the upper age limit will be applicable for candidates from reserved categories.
**Application Fees**
Those applying for the School Lecturer positions must pay an application fee. The fee is set at ₹600 for General and OBC candidates, and ₹400 for SC, ST, Economically Weaker Sections (EWS), and Persons with Disabilities.
**Selection Method**
Selection will be based on a written examination consisting of two papers. Paper-1 will have questions totaling 150 marks and will last for 1 hour and 30 minutes, while Paper-2 will consist of questions worth 300 marks and will be conducted over three hours.
