Educational Requirements
Educational Qualification
Candidates must hold a B.E./B.Tech degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution, with a minimum aggregate score of 55% (50% for SC/ST candidates). Additionally, applicants should have at least 2 years of relevant post-qualification experience in construction, development, electrical works, or MEP, acquired in Central/State Government departments, PSUs, or private sectors.
Age Limit and Selection Process
Maximum Age Limit
The upper age limit for applicants is set at 45 years. Age relaxation will be provided for SC/ST/OBC candidates and Persons with Disabilities (PwD) as per Government of India guidelines.
Selection Process
The selection will be based on several criteria, including:
1. Last Drawn Gross Salary
2. Relevant work experience in Civil Construction/Project Supervision (minimum 2 years)
3. Percentage of marks obtained in B.Tech (Civil/Electrical Engineering)
4. Interview Performance
Candidates with an M.Tech degree will receive additional consideration, and preference will be given to those with at least one year of experience in Indian Railways, Central PSUs, State PSUs, or Government Departments.
