According to a recent report, there was a 11.7% increase in AI-skilled job opportunities in September 2025, compared to 8.2% during the same period last year. This marks an increase from the 10.6% growth rate observed three months prior, indicating a growing interest among companies in AI technology.
High Demand Across Various Sectors
The report highlights that AI-related jobs are no longer confined to the technology sector alone; their presence is expanding into other fields as well. The analytics and data sector has seen the highest demand for AI skills, accounting for 39% of job openings. Following this, software development requires AI skills in 23% of positions, the insurance sector at 18%, and scientific research at 17%.

There is also a notable increase in the demand for AI skills within the engineering sector.
