RCFL Operator (Chemical) Trainee Recruitment Notification
Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited (RCFL) has announced a recruitment drive for 188 positions for the role of Operator (Chemical) Trainee. This is a great opportunity for individuals with a B.Sc. in Chemistry (accompanied by NCVT certification) or a Diploma in Chemical Engineering. Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for this recruitment, candidates must possess a B.Sc. degree in Chemistry, including Physics, and have passed the NCVT certification in the 'Attendant Operator (Chemical Plant)' trade. Additionally, those with a full-time Diploma in Chemical Engineering or Technology, along with one year of BOAT (Board of Apprenticeship Training) experience, are also eligible. Candidates who have completed a Diploma course that includes both theoretical and practical training, along with industrial exposure, and have achieved the required marks are welcome to apply.

Application Fee and Age Limit
For the RCFL Recruitment 2026, the age limits are as follows: 30 years for General candidates, 33 years for OBC (NCL), and 35 years for SC/ST candidates. An additional 5 years of age relaxation is available for Ex-Servicemen, their children, and families affected by the 1984 riots.
The application fee varies by category: General, EWS, and OBC (NCL) candidates must pay ₹700, plus applicable bank charges and GST. However, SC, ST, Women, and Ex-Servicemen candidates are exempt from any application fees.
Selection Process
The selection for the Operator (Chemical) Trainee position will occur in three phases: an online examination, document verification for successful candidates, and a final Skill Test.
Salary and Benefits
During the initial 6-month training period, candidates will receive a stipend of ₹22,000, along with shared hostel accommodation and medical facilities at the RCF Hospital. After completing the training, candidates will be appointed to Grade II (A6) with a pay scale ranging from ₹22,000 to ₹60,000, resulting in an entry-level monthly salary of approximately ₹47,800.
