New Date for RSSB VDO Exam 2025: The Rajasthan Staff Selection Board (RSSB) has officially announced a postponement of the Gram Vikas Adhikari (VDO) recruitment examination. Originally, the recruitment exam was set for August 31, 2025, but it has been rescheduled just five days prior to the initial date. The board has not disclosed the specific reasons for this change. The new date for the VDO recruitment exam is now November 2, 2025. Exam Pattern for RSSB VDO
Structure of the Exam: The upcoming exam will consist of 160 multiple-choice questions, totaling 200 marks. The subjects covered will include:
- Language (Hindi-English) - 30 marks
- Mathematics - 30 marks
- General Knowledge - 20 marks
- Geography and Natural Resources - 30 marks
- Agriculture and Economic Development in Rajasthan - 30 marks
- Rajasthan Culture and History - 30 marks
- Basic Computer Skills - 10 marks
Candidates should note that there will be negative marking, with one-third of a mark deducted for incorrect answers.
Important Exam Instructions
Exam Guidelines: During the exam, candidates will be presented with five options (A, B, C, D, E) for each question. It is crucial to circle the chosen option clearly with a ballpoint pen. Failing to select any option will be marked as unattempted. According to Rajasthan Government Recruitment Rules, if more than 10% of the answer sheet is left blank, the candidate may be deemed ineligible, potentially leading to disqualification.
