Mandatory Dress Code for RSSB VDO Examination

Dress Code Overview: Candidates participating in the Rajasthan Staff Selection Board (RSSB) examinations must follow a stringent dress code as mandated by the state's Home Department. Only those dressed according to the specified guidelines will be permitted entry into the examination venue. Any candidate who fails to comply will be barred from taking the exam.

Guidelines for Male Candidates:
Male candidates are required to wear either full- or half-sleeved shirts or T-shirts along with trousers. It is essential that their clothing is plain, as any metallic items or designer apparel are not allowed.

Guidelines for Female Candidates:
Female candidates must don a salwar suit, sari, or a simple dress. Jewelry, metal buttons, hairpins, clips, or any designer outfits are strictly prohibited. While sandals or flat shoes are acceptable, high-heeled footwear is not permitted.

Items Not Allowed:
Candidates are strictly forbidden from bringing wristwatches, smartwatches, Bluetooth devices, calculators, mobile phones, or any electronic gadgets into the examination center. Any communication devices found will be confiscated, and the candidate may face disqualification.

Additionally, no metal objects or clothing with metal buttons will be allowed. Shoes and slippers must be ankle-length, and bags, mobile phones, watches, etc., are not permitted in the examination hall. These regulations will also apply to the Gram Vikas Adhikari Recruitment Examination scheduled for November 2nd. Candidates can download their city information slip starting today, with admit cards being issued on October 30th.
