The Rajasthan Staff Selection Board has released a recruitment notification for the position of Jamadar Grade-II, offering a total of 72 vacancies. The application window opens on October 17 and will close on November 15, 2025.


Details of the Recruitment

This recruitment drive aims to fill 72 positions within the Rajasthan Excise Department. Candidates interested in applying should do so promptly, as the deadline is approaching.


Out of the total vacancies, 64 are allocated for non-scheduled areas, while 8 are designated for scheduled areas. The selection process will consist of a written exam, a physical test, document verification, and a medical examination.


Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for this role, applicants must have completed their 12th grade from a recognized educational institution. Additionally, they should possess an O-level certificate or a similar high-level computer course. Certificates in COPA and computer-related fields are also acceptable.


Age Requirements

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and not exceed 40 years of age. Age relaxation will be provided to candidates belonging to reserved categories as per government regulations.


Physical Standards

For male applicants, the minimum height requirement is 168 cm, with a chest measurement of 81 cm (including a 5 cm expansion). Female candidates must have a minimum height of 152 cm and weigh at least 47.5 kg.


Salary and Benefits

The selected Jamadar Grade-II candidates will receive a salary according to Pay Matrix Level-05 as per the Seventh Pay Commission. Additional benefits include government accommodation, a vehicle, medical allowances, and other perks.


Selection Process Overview
