Next Steps in the Recruitment Process
Document Verification Required:
This recruitment process is being conducted under advertisement number 20/2024. It began with a written examination, followed by a trade test for candidates. The results of the trade test have now been announced, and the next steps involve application scrutiny and document verification.
The written examination for the Driver position took place on November 23, 2025, with results released on January 16, 2026. Candidates who passed the written exam proceeded to the trade test, and those who succeeded must now complete an online application scrutiny process.
Following this, the Board will verify candidates' eligibility and documents. Candidates may need to submit certificates related to their educational qualifications and compliance with recruitment criteria. Therefore, it is advisable for candidates to organize their documents in advance and carefully review the instructions provided by the Board.
Important Dates for Online Scrutiny
Deadline for Online Scrutiny Form:
For those shortlisted in the trade test, the next critical step is to complete the online application scrutiny process. The online scrutiny form will be accessible from October 29 to November 12, 2026.
Candidates must ensure they provide the required information and submit necessary documents within this timeframe. It is recommended to complete this process early rather than waiting until the last minute. Candidates should verify all entered information and uploaded documents to prevent any issues later.
Once the online scrutiny is finalized, the Board will conduct an eligibility check and document verification. At this stage, candidates must provide relevant certificates and documentation to prove they meet the eligibility criteria outlined in the official advertisement.
