Physical Efficiency Test Requirements

In the Physical Efficiency Test, male candidates must complete a 5-kilometer run within 25 minutes, while female candidates have 35 minutes. Candidates belonging to SC, ST, and ex-servicemen categories are allotted 30 minutes for the same distance. This test assesses the candidates' physical endurance and efficiency.

Physical Standards Criteria

For male candidates in the General category, the minimum height requirement is 168 cm, with a chest measurement of 81-86 cm. Male candidates from Baran district must have a height of at least 160 cm and a chest size of 74-79 cm. These standards are established to ensure candidates meet the necessary physical fitness levels.
