East Coast Railway, Railway Recruitment Cell (RRC Bhubaneswar) is inviting online applications from eligible Scouts & Guides Quota candidates for the year 2023-24. Vacancy Details:

• Group-C Level-2 (GP ₹1900/-): 2 vacancies
• Erstwhile Gr.D Level-1 (GP ₹1800/-): 2 vacancies

Pay Structure:

• Group-C Level-2: Grade Pay (GP) ₹1900/-
• Erstwhile Gr.D Level-1: Grade Pay (GP) ₹1800/-

Qualifications: (a) President Scout/Guide/Rover/Ranger OR Himalayan Wood Badge (HWB) holder. (b) Active Scouts membership for the last 5 years, with a “Certificate of Activeness.” (c) Participation in two National or All Indian Railways’ level events AND two State-level events.

Educational Qualifications: For Level-2 (GP ₹1900/-):

• 12th (+2 stage) with 50% marks or Matriculation with ITI. For Level-1 (GP ₹1800/-):
• 10th standard or ITI or equivalent.
• National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) for specified posts.

Age Limit:

• Level-2: 18 to 30 years
• Level-1: 18 to 33 years
