Appointment Terms:
This role is strictly contractual. During the contract period, there will be no entitlement to permanent employment or regularization at Prasar Bharati.
The selected individual will be required to work full-time and cannot engage in any other employment during the contract duration.
Contract employees may also be assigned additional responsibilities beyond their primary duties.

The initial contract will last for two years, subject to annual performance evaluations, with the possibility of extension based on performance and organizational requirements.
Either party may terminate the contract with one month's notice or one month's salary in lieu of notice.

No Pension Claims:
There will be no pension benefits associated with this employment.
Prasar Bharati retains the right to conduct a selection process (examination/interview), and candidates will not be reimbursed for travel or other expenses incurred during this process. The salary for the selected candidates will be determined by Prasar Bharati based on prior salary, experience, and qualifications.

Salary Details:
The salary for this position varies by location. Candidates selected for Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai, and Kolkata will earn between ₹35,000 to ₹50,000 per month (negotiable), while those in other cities will receive between ₹35,000 to ₹42,000 per month.
