Application Fees
Fee Structure: Candidates from the Unreserved (UR) and SEBC categories must pay ₹1,180, while SC, ST, and PwBD candidates will pay ₹590. This fee concession is applicable only to residents of Odisha. Employees of OPTCL are exempt from the application fee.
Training and Salary Details
Stipend During Training: Selected candidates will undergo a one-year training program with a monthly stipend of ₹50,000. After successful training, they will be appointed as Assistant Managers (Electrical).
Salary Structure: The salary for Assistant Managers will range from ₹56,100 to ₹1,77,500, with the total annual package potentially reaching around ₹15 lakhs, making this recruitment highly appealing to engineering graduates.
