North Western Railway Recruitment Announcement

The North Western Railway (NWR) has opened applications for 898 apprentice roles across its Bikaner, Ajmer, Jaipur, and Jodhpur divisions. Candidates interested in applying can do so starting from October 3, 2025, with the application deadline set for November 2, 2025, at 11:55 PM. Applications must be submitted online via the railway's official portal.

Selection Process

The selection of candidates will be conducted through a merit list, which will not involve a written test. This merit list will be determined based on the scores from Class 10 and the ITI (National Trade Certificate). In cases where candidates achieve identical scores, preference will be given to the older applicant.

Eligibility Criteria and Age Limit

Applicants must not exceed 24 years of age. Age relaxation is applicable for candidates from reserved categories: SC/ST candidates receive a 5-year extension, OBC candidates a 3-year extension, and differently-abled candidates a 10-year extension.

Educational Qualifications

Candidates should have completed their 10th grade from a recognized educational board with a minimum of 50% marks. Additionally, they must possess a National Trade Certificate from NCVT or SCVT in the relevant trade.

Application Fee

The application fee is set at ₹100 for General, OBC, and other category candidates. However, SC/ST, women, and disabled candidates are exempt from this fee.

To apply, candidates should navigate to the RRC Jaipur website at rrcjaipur.in. They need to locate the "Apprentice 04/2025" section and click on the online application link. After filling in the necessary details, it is crucial to retain the registration number for future reference.
