Age Limit and Relaxation

The upper age limit for applicants is set at 27 years, calculated as of August 11, 2026. Age relaxation is applicable as per government regulations: 3 years for OBC (NCL), 5 years for SC/ST, and additional allowances for departmental employees.


Selection Process Overview

The selection will involve a Computer-Based Test (CBT), followed by a group discussion and a personal interview. The final merit list will assign a weightage of 70% to the CBT, while the group discussion and interview will each contribute 15%.


Salary and Benefits

Candidates selected will undergo a six-month training period, earning a basic salary of ₹50,000 per month plus Dearness Allowance. After training, they will be appointed as Assistant Managers, with a salary package ranging from ₹60,000 to ₹1,80,000 per month. Additional benefits include Provident Fund, gratuity, medical facilities, and other allowances.
