The National Institute of Technology (NIT) Warangal has introduced a significant program aimed at engineering students. This initiative offers complimentary coaching for those preparing for the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE). The primary goal of this program is to enhance students' performance in the GATE examination. Scheduled to run for eight weeks, the training will commence on November 17, 2025, and conclude on January 9, 2026. Details of the Free GATE Coaching Program


This coaching opportunity is specifically designed for students enrolled in engineering colleges located in and around Warangal. The program will span eight weeks, with classes held daily from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Interested candidates can secure their spot by registering through the official website.


The SC-ST Cell at NIT Warangal will oversee the coaching sessions, ensuring that equal opportunities are provided to a diverse group of students. Eligibility for this program is limited to third- and fourth-year B.Tech students. It is important to note that regular attendance is required; students who miss four consecutive classes will have their admission revoked.


Upcoming GATE Exam Schedule


The GATE examination is set to take place on February 7, 8, 14, and 15, 2026. The test will be conducted in two sessions: the morning session from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM and the afternoon session from 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM. Results are expected to be announced on March 19, 2026.


The GATE score remains valid for three years, enabling students to apply for various postgraduate and doctoral programs. This score is recognized not only by institutions under the Ministry of Education but is also utilized by numerous public sector undertakings (PSUs) for recruitment purposes.
