  • 200 Generalist Officer positions


  • 121 Specialist Officer positions

Candidates applying for Generalist positions must hold a graduation or post-graduation degree in any discipline. General category applicants need a minimum of 60% marks, while SC, ST, and PwBD candidates require at least 55%.


Qualifications Required for Specialist Posts

Specific qualifications for each specialist role include:



  • Finance: Graduation or post-graduation with CA/CMA qualification.


  • Legal: Degree in Law (graduate or post-graduate).


  • Information Technology: BE/B.Tech, ME/M.Tech, or MCA in Computer Science or IT.


  • Automobile Engineering: Relevant engineering qualification.


  • Risk Engineering: BE/B.Tech or ME/M.Tech in engineering (excluding Computer Science/IT and Automobile Engineering).


  • Company Secretary: ACS/FCS certification from ICSI, along with a graduation or post-graduation degree.


  • Agriculture: Four-year degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Biotechnology, or Agricultural Engineering.



Age Requirements

Candidates must be aged between 21 and 30 years as of October 1, 2026. This means applicants should have been born between October 2, 1996, and October 1, 2005. Age relaxation is available for candidates from reserved categories.


Examination Schedule

The selection process includes two online exams and an interview. The Phase-1 exam is set for November 17, 2026, and those who pass will move on to the Phase-2 Main Examination on December 22, followed by personal interviews for shortlisted candidates.


Salary Information

Selected Administrative Officers (Scale-1) will receive a starting basic salary of ₹82,485. With allowances, the total monthly compensation is expected to be around ₹1,14,000.
