Eligibility Criteria
Who Can Apply?
Trainee Engineer (Civil): Applicants must hold a B.E./B.Tech or B.Sc. (Engineering) degree in Civil Engineering from an AICTE-approved institution with at least 60% marks. Candidates who completed AMIE with 60% marks by May 31, 2013, are also eligible.
Trainee Engineer (Electrical): A B.E./B.Tech or B.Sc. (Engineering) degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics, Electrical Systems, or High Voltage Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks is required.
Trainee Engineer (Mechanical): Candidates should possess a B.E./B.Tech or B.Sc. (Engineering) degree in Mechanical, Thermal, Production, or Mechanical & Automation Engineering with at least 60% marks.

Candidates from the OBC (NCL) category must pay an application fee of ₹600 plus applicable taxes, totaling ₹708. However, there is no fee for candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Women, Persons with Disabilities, and Ex-Servicemen, allowing them to apply free of charge.
Salary and Benefits
Salary Details
Selected candidates will receive a pay scale ranging from ₹50,000 to ₹1,60,000 under the E-2 Grade. Initially, there will be a one-year training period, followed by a one-year probation. The estimated annual CTC for this position is approximately ₹15–16 lakhs.
