MPPSC Recruitment Announcement

MPPSC: The Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission (MPPSC) has opened online applications for the position of Inspector of Boiler Grade-2 within the Department of Industrial Policy and Investment Promotion. Applications will only be accepted through the online platform. The application window is from February 10, 2026, to March 9, 2026, and can be accessed via mponline.gov.in and mppsc.mp.gov.in. Manual or postal applications will not be entertained. There is a single vacancy available for this role.

Eligibility Criteria

Who can apply?
To be eligible, candidates must hold a degree in Mechanical, Production, Electrical, or Metallurgical Engineering from an accredited institution. Additionally, a minimum of two years of relevant work experience is required. The age of applicants will be calculated as of January 1, 2027, with the general age limit set between 21 and 40 years. However, Scheduled Tribe (ST) candidates are eligible for a 5-year age relaxation, allowing a maximum age of 45 years.

Candidates will be selected based on an interview, which carries a total of 100 marks. A minimum score of 41 marks is necessary to qualify. If the number of applicants exceeds 500, a written examination may be conducted. The application fee for ST candidates residing in Madhya Pradesh is ₹250, along with a portal fee of ₹40 (including GST) applicable to all candidates.
