Ministry of Jal Shakti Launches Exciting Internship Program for Students

Internship Opportunity Announced

On Tuesday, the Ministry of Jal Shakti unveiled a new internship initiative. This program offers selected individuals a chance to engage with the ministry's media and social media divisions. Interns will receive a monthly stipend of ₹15,000. This opportunity is tailored for students currently enrolled in undergraduate or postgraduate programs in mass communication, journalism, or pursuing an MBA with a focus on marketing.

The internship is facilitated by the Department of Water Resources, River Development, and Ganga Rejuvenation (DoWR, RD & GR). Chosen candidates will acquire experience in social media management and will be tasked with overseeing various social media platforms. The selection process will take place in New Delhi.

Application Timeline

Eligibility Requirements

Candidates must have completed a bachelor's degree in mass communication or journalism, or be pursuing a postgraduate degree or diploma in these fields. Additionally, students enrolled in an MBA (Marketing) program from an accredited institution are also eligible.
