Qualifications Required for Various Positions

What are the required qualifications?

The qualifications and experience needed vary by position. For the Senior Programme Manager role, candidates must possess a PG Diploma or MBA and have over 15 years of experience in the government sector. The eight Domain Expert positions in Public Health require a BAMS, BHMS, or equivalent degree, along with a Master's in Public Health and at least five years of relevant experience.

For the two Senior Consultant roles, a graduate degree in the AYUSH field and seven years of experience in public health programs are necessary. Junior Consultants must have a graduate degree in AYUSH and five years of experience in public health. The Finance Manager position requires an MBA in Finance, M.Com, CA, or ICWA, along with a minimum of five years in finance.

The Account Manager role necessitates an MBA in Finance, M.Com, CA, or ICWA Intermediate qualification, with three years of experience. Lastly, the three Data Assistant positions require an MBA in IT, MCA, MSc IT, or BCA, along with three years of experience in data or IT.
