Excise Constable Exam Date Announcement


Exam Date for MP Excise Constable 2025: The Madhya Pradesh Staff Selection Board (MPESB) has officially released the schedule for the Excise Constable Recruitment Examination. Applicants are advised to verify the exam date, which can be accessed on the MPESB's official website. The examination is now set to take place on September 9, 2025, having been rescheduled from its original date of July 5.


Timely Arrival at Exam Venue is Crucial.


The recruitment exam will occur in two sessions: the first session will commence at 10 AM and conclude at 12 PM. Candidates are expected to arrive at the examination center between 8 AM and 9 AM. The second session will run from 3 PM to 5 PM, with candidates allowed to enter between 1 PM and 2 PM. Each session will provide a total of 2 hours for the exam. The written test will be based on a 10th-grade level and will cover the following subjects:



  • General and Logical Knowledge - 40 marks


  • Intellectual Ability and Mental Aptitude - 30 marks


  • Science and Simple Numeracy - 30 marks



According to the announcement from MPESB, there are 253 constable positions available. The distribution of posts is as follows: 72 unreserved, 26 for EWS, 75 for OBC, 36 for SC, and 44 for ST candidates.
