Attention MBBS Graduates: Today, August 5, 2026, marks the final opportunity to apply for the 630 Medical Officer (General) positions offered by Baba Farid University of Health Sciences (BFUHS), Faridkot. If you haven't submitted your application yet, ensure you do so promptly.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must hold an MBBS degree from a recognized institution.
Registration with the Punjab Medical Council or another recognized medical council in India is required.
Knowledge of Punjabi up to the matriculation level is necessary; those lacking this must meet the requirement within six months of their appointment.


Current government employees must provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) when applying. Additionally, candidates applying under the sports quota need a Sports Gradation Certificate issued by the Government of Punjab.


Age Requirements
Age will be calculated as of January 1, 2026. The minimum age is 18 years, while the maximum age is 37 years. Relaxations in the upper age limit will be granted to candidates from reserved categories as per the rules.

Salary Details
