Eligibility Criteria
Eligibility Requirements
- Audit and Accounts: CA, ICWAI, MBA (Finance), M.Com, M.Sc. (Accounting/Finance), or equivalent qualifications and experience.
- Architecture, Structure, and Design: Post-graduate degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Architecture.
- Procurement: Post-graduate degree in a relevant field with knowledge of government procurement processes.
- Khadi – Quality, Design, and Technology: Post-graduation in Textile or Industrial Engineering with relevant experience.
- Khadi – Finance and Institutional Services: CA, MBA (Finance), M.Com, or M.Sc. (Accounting/Finance) with textile sector experience preferred.
- Khadi – Raw Material: Post-graduation in the textile industry with experience in spinning mills.
- Legal: Post-graduate degree in Law with relevant work experience.
- Marketing: Post-graduation in Marketing or related fields with experience in retail or FMCG sectors.
- SFURTI: Post-graduation in Computer Science, IT, or ECE with experience in financial applications.
- Science & Technology: Post-graduate degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, or Textile Technology with R&D experience preferred.
- Administration: Post-graduate degree with experience in general administration, preferably in government organizations.
Age and Remuneration Details
Age Requirements
Age limits differ for each position. Candidates applying for the Young Professional role must be under 27 years as of October 1, 2026. The age limit for Consultants is between 40 and 65 years, while Senior Consultants must be under 39 years.
Remuneration
Young Professionals will earn between ₹25,000 to ₹30,000 monthly, plus a transport allowance of ₹2,500 to ₹3,000. Consultant salaries will follow departmental guidelines, while Senior Consultants will receive ₹30,000 to ₹40,000 monthly, along with a transport allowance.
Contract and Skills Required
Contract Duration
Selected candidates will start with a one-year contract, which may be extended based on performance and organizational needs, up to a maximum of two years.
