Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must have completed at least the 8th grade to be eligible for application. For the Skilled Artisan roles, applicants must meet one of the following qualifications:
- Technical Certificate: A certificate in the relevant trade from a recognized technical institution (e.g., ITI certificate).
- General Educational Qualification: Completion of the 8th grade from a recognized school, along with a minimum of one year of practical experience in the relevant trade.
For the Motor Vehicle Mechanic position, candidates must also hold a valid Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV) driving license.

Salary Structure
Selected candidates will be appointed at Level-2 of the 7th Central Pay Commission pay matrix.
- Pay Scale: ₹19,900 to ₹63,200 per month

- Additional allowances such as Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), and Transport Allowance (TA) will be provided as per regulations.
- Probation Period: One year
Selection Process
The selection will be based on a competitive trade test specific to each trade. The process includes:
- Application Scrutiny: Verification of age, educational qualifications, trade experience, and HMV license if applicable.
- Trade Test: Eligible candidates will participate in a competitive test based on the trade syllabus.
- Hall Permit: Details regarding the test date, venue, syllabus, and duration will be communicated through a hall permit.
