Exam Schedule Released for Junior Engineer Positions

The Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board has unveiled the examination timetable for the Junior Engineer (Electrical) under Advertisement No. 02 of 2025 and Junior Engineer (Civil) under Advertisement No. 03 of 2025. The examinations for JE (Electrical) and JE (Civil) are scheduled for August 24 and August 31, respectively.

According to the notification, candidates should be aware that there will be negative marking for incorrect answers, with a deduction of one-fourth of the marks assigned for each wrong response. The comprehensive selection criteria and syllabus for these positions have already been published and can be accessed on the Board's official website.

Admit cards for the JE (Electrical) exam will be available on August 18, while hall tickets for the JE (Civil) exam will be released on August 25 at jkssb.nic.in. This recruitment initiative aims to fill 292 positions for JE (Electrical) and 508 positions for JE (Civil).
