Candidates must possess a BE/BTech and ME/MTech in a relevant field from a recognized institution. A minimum of 65% in BE/BTech and 60% in ME/MTech (average across all semesters) is required. Additionally, only candidates who registered for AMIE before May 31, 2013, are eligible.

Age relaxation is available for Central Government employees, ex-servicemen, and candidates with benchmark disabilities (PwBD) as per government regulations.

Salary and Allowances
Selected candidates will receive a basic salary ranging from ₹56,100 to ₹1,77,500 under Pay Level 10, along with Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), and Transport Allowance (TA).
