  • Candidates must hold a B.E./B.Tech. or equivalent degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering with at least 65% aggregate marks (or CGPA 6.84/10) from a recognized institution. A valid GATE 2024, 2025, or 2026 score in Electronics & Communication Engineering (EC) is also required.
Scientist/Engineer ‘SC’ (Mechanical)



  • Candidates must possess a B.E./B.Tech. or equivalent degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 65% aggregate marks (or CGPA 6.84/10) from a recognized university. A valid GATE 2024, 2025, or 2026 score in Mechanical Engineering (ME) is also necessary.
Scientist/Engineer ‘SC’ (Computer Science)



  • Candidates must have a B.E./B.Tech. or equivalent degree in Computer Science Engineering with a minimum of 65% aggregate marks (or CGPA 6.84/10) from a recognized university. A valid GATE 2024, 2025, or 2026 score in Computer Science & Information Technology (CS) is required.
Scientist/Engineer ‘SC’ (Civil)



  • Candidates must hold a B.E./B.Tech. or equivalent degree in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 65% aggregate marks (or CGPA 6.84/10) from a recognized institution. A valid GATE 2024, 2025, or 2026 score in Civil Engineering (CE) is also necessary.
Scientist/Engineer ‘SC’ (Electrical)



  • Candidates must have a B.E./B.Tech. or equivalent degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering with a minimum of 65% aggregate marks (or CGPA 6.84/10) from a recognized university. A valid GATE 2024, 2025, or 2026 score in Electrical Engineering (EE) is required.
Scientist/Engineer ‘SC’ (Refrigeration & Air Conditioning)



  • Candidates must have a B.E./B.Tech. or equivalent degree in Mechanical Engineering with Air Conditioning & Refrigeration or related subjects as an elective or core subject, with a minimum of 65% aggregate marks (or CGPA 6.84/10) from a recognized university. A valid GATE 2024, 2025, or 2026 score in Mechanical Engineering (ME) is also necessary.
Scientist/Engineer ‘SC’ (Architecture)



  • Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Architecture with a minimum of 65% aggregate marks (or CGPA 6.84/10) from a recognized university and a valid Registration Certificate from the Council of Architecture. A valid GATE 2024, 2025, or 2026 score in Architecture & Planning (AR) is also required.
Scientist/Engineer ‘SC’ (Civil) – Autonomous Body [PRL]



  • Candidates must have a B.E./B.Tech. or equivalent degree in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 65% aggregate marks (or CGPA 6.84/10) from a recognized university. A valid GATE 2024, 2025, or 2026 score in Civil Engineering (CE) is also necessary.
