ISRO Announces Job Openings for Technician 'B' and Pharmacist 'A'



The Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) has opened applications for Technician 'B' and Pharmacist 'A' roles at the Space Applications Center located in Ahmedabad. Interested individuals can submit their applications online until November 13, 2025.


This recruitment drive is aimed at young aspirants eager to contribute to India's space initiatives. Candidates can apply through the official website at careers.sac.gov.in.


The available positions include Technician 'B' and Pharmacist 'A'. For the Technician role, applicants must have completed their 10th grade and possess an ITI certification from an accredited institution.


For the Pharmacist role, candidates are required to hold a first-class diploma in pharmacy. The age criteria stipulate a minimum age of 18 years and a maximum of 35 years, with age calculated as of November 13, 2025. Age relaxations will be provided for candidates from reserved categories in accordance with government policies.


All applicants must pay an application fee of ₹500. General, OBC, and EWS candidates will receive a refund of ₹400 after the examination, while other candidates will be fully reimbursed. The selection process will involve multiple stages, including a computer-based test, a trade or skill assessment, document verification, and a medical examination.


Salary details indicate that Technician 'B' positions offer a monthly salary ranging from ₹21,700 to ₹69,100, while Pharmacist 'A' positions range from ₹29,200 to ₹92,300. Additional benefits include medical, housing, and other allowances.


To apply, candidates should visit the ISRO SAC website, navigate to the Recruitment section, and select the Technician/Pharmacist 2025 link. They will need to click on the 'Apply Online' option to complete the application form, upload necessary documents and photographs, pay the application fee, and submit the form.
