IOCL Recruitment 2025: The Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) has announced a recruitment drive for trade, technician, and graduate apprentices within its marketing division. This initiative aims to fill over 400 apprenticeship positions for young individuals from Maharashtra, Gujarat, Goa, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Daman-Diu, and Dadra-Nagar Haveli.


Application Details

The deadline for submitting applications is September 15. Interested candidates must complete their application through the NAPS/NATS portal. This apprenticeship program is open to ITI holders, diploma engineers, and graduates, and will last for a duration of 12 months.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the apprenticeship, candidates must be between 18 and 24 years old, with age calculated as of July 31, 2025. Relaxation in the upper age limit is available for candidates from reserved categories. Educational qualifications vary by position, requiring either an ITI/Diploma or a Graduate degree.


However, candidates with advanced degrees such as BE/BTech, MTech, MCA, CA, ICW, or LLB are not eligible to apply.


Selection Process

Applicants who register on the NAPS/NATS portal will enter the selection process, which does not involve a written test or interview. A merit list will be created based on the percentage of marks obtained in the required educational qualifications for each post.


Candidates should ensure they meet the medical fitness requirements as per IndianOil's Pre-Engagement Medical Format. Shortlisted candidates will receive an offer letter for apprenticeship training, provided their documents, including the Pre-Engagement Medical Fitness Certificate, are in order. Positions that remain unfilled after the initial selection will be filled from the qualified candidates on the Panel-cum-Merit List.
