Age Requirements

Age Limit


Applicants must be at least 18 years old and not older than 27 years. However, there are provisions for age relaxation for candidates belonging to reserved categories. Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST) candidates are eligible for a 5-year age relaxation, while Other Backward Classes (OBC) candidates can avail of a 3-year relaxation.

Salary Structure


Selected candidates will enjoy a competitive salary ranging from ₹44,900 to ₹1,42,400 per month, along with additional government benefits such as Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), transport allowances, and medical facilities.


Selection Procedure

How Selection Works


The selection process consists of three phases. Initially, candidates will be evaluated based on their GATE scores, which will account for 750 marks. This will be followed by a skill test worth 250 marks, and finally, an interview carrying 175 marks. A final merit list will be created based on the cumulative performance across all stages.

The application fee varies by category. Candidates from the General, OBC, and EWS categories are required to pay ₹200, while those from reserved categories (SC/ST) need to pay ₹100. Payments must be made online.
