Those who successfully pass Stage-1 (CGCAT) will be invited to Stage-2, which is the Preliminary Selection Board (PSB). This stage involves a face-to-face evaluation that assesses candidates' intelligence, personality, leadership qualities, and communication skills.

Group Task/GD: Candidates will be divided into groups to discuss a specific topic, allowing evaluators to assess their leadership, teamwork, communication, and confidence.
Personal Interview: Conducted by a panel of officers, this interview will evaluate candidates' general knowledge, understanding of the defense sector, personality traits, and decision-making capabilities.

Candidates who pass the PSB (Stage-2) will progress to Stage-3, known as the Final Selection Board (FSB). This final stage includes a medical examination, document verification, and the creation of a merit list.
