Salary Structure
What Will Be the Salary?
During the four-year service period, Agniveers will receive an increasing monthly package.
- The first-year monthly package will be ₹30,000, with a take-home salary of ₹21,000.
- The second-year package will rise to ₹33,000, with a take-home salary of ₹23,100.
- In the third year, the package will be ₹36,500, with a take-home salary of ₹25,550.
- The fourth-year package will reach ₹40,000, with a take-home salary of ₹28,000.
Upon completion of service, candidates will receive a service fund package of approximately ₹10.04 lakh (including interest). Additional benefits include:

Selection Process
