Age Limit:
- Candidates should be born between 03-07-2004 and 03-01-2008 (both dates inclusive).
- If a candidate clears all the stages of the Selection Procedure, then the upper age limit as on the date of enrollment should be 21 years.
Qualification:
- Candidates should possess 10+2 and Diploma in Relevant Engineering field.
Physical Standards:
- Height: For Male Candidates - 152.5 cms; For Female Candidates - 152 cms. For candidates belonging to North East or hilly regions of Uttarakhand, a lower minimum height of 147 cms will be accepted. In the case of candidates from Lakshadweep, the minimum height will be 150 cms.
- Weight: Proportionate to height and age.
- Chest: For Male Candidates: Minimum chest - 77 cms, with a chest expansion of at least 05 cms. For Female Candidates: Chest wall should be well proportioned and well developed with a minimum range of expansion of 05 cms.
- Hearing: Candidates should have normal hearing, i.e., able to hear forced whisper from a distance of 06 meters by each ear separately.
- Dental: Candidates should have healthy gums, a good set of teeth, and a minimum of 14 dental points.
Visual Standards:
- Visual Acuity: 6/12 each eye, correctable to 6/6 each eye.
- Maximum limits of Refractive error: Hypermetropia: +2.0D, Myopia: 1D, including ± 0.50 D Astigmatism.
- Colour Vision: CP-II
