Admission Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility Requirements:


For the LLB (Honours in Intellectual Property Law), candidates must possess a First Class Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or Medicine, or an equivalent qualification. Alternatively, a First Class Master's degree in Science or Pharmacy, or a First Class MBA with any of the aforementioned qualifications, with a minimum of 60% marks or a CGPA of 6.5 (if First Class is not explicitly stated) is acceptable. Final year students may apply provisionally.


Selection Process

Admission Procedure:


The selection will be based on a Computer-Based Test (CBT) that evaluates candidates on various aspects including mathematical aptitude, scientific reasoning, English proficiency, logical reasoning, legal aptitude, and current affairs. The test will take place in Delhi, Pune, Bengaluru, and Kolkata, and there will be no negative marking.


Application Fees:



  • INR 3,000 for General/OBC male candidates

  • INR 1,500 for female, transgender, SC, ST, PwD, and EWS candidates (non-refundable)
