IIT Gandhinagar has initiated a significant recruitment campaign aimed at filling various technical and administrative roles. Interested candidates can submit their applications online until November 17, 2025.
This recruitment drive includes a variety of key positions such as Superintendent Engineer, Deputy Librarian, Deputy Registrar, Assistant Registrar, Junior Engineer, among others.
Candidates applying for engineering roles must possess a BE or B.Tech degree, while those seeking administrative positions should hold a postgraduate degree, MBA, Master's degree, or LLB. Additionally, applicants with qualifications like CA or ITI are eligible for certain roles. Notably, individuals who have completed 12th grade and a three-year GNM course can also apply, indicating a broad range of opportunities for diverse applicants.
Monthly salaries for these positions range from ₹21,700 to ₹2,15,900, depending on the specific role.
The selection process consists of three phases. Initially, candidates will be shortlisted based on their profiles. This will be followed by a written examination or skill test, and finally, an interview will determine the final selection. Each stage will evaluate the candidates' qualifications and skills.
The application procedure is straightforward. Candidates should visit the official website to register. By entering their name and email address, they will create an account, allowing them to log in and complete the application form.
The application form will require personal details such as name, father's name, date of birth, category, and address. Candidates must also provide their educational qualifications and work experience. A recent photo and signature must be uploaded, adhering to the specified size limits. After confirming all information, candidates can submit their application.
