The Indian Institute of Mass Communication (IIMC) has initiated a recruitment drive for Teaching Associate and Professor roles, with the application window open from December 15 to December 26.

Teaching Associate Positions Available

IIMC is looking to fill 5 Academic cum Teaching Associate positions across various disciplines, including New Media, Journalism, Corporate Communication, and Brand Management. The last date to apply is December 26, 2025.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants should possess a Master's degree with a minimum of 55% marks in fields such as Journalism, Mass Communication, Computer Science, Management, Public Relations, or Digital Media. A Bachelor's degree along with a PG Diploma in a relevant area is also acceptable. Preference will be given to candidates who have qualified UGC NET. Additionally, candidates should have at least one year of teaching or professional experience, and the upper age limit is set at 40 years.

Professor Position Details

IIMC is also recruiting for one Professor position, specifically reserved for candidates from the EWS category. This role is targeted at individuals specializing in Mass Communication, Journalism, Advertising, Public Relations, Strategic Communication, or Media Business Studies. Salary and Application Fee

Selected candidates will receive a monthly salary of ₹40,000. An application fee of ₹500 is required, which must be submitted via a demand draft.
