IIM CAT 2025: The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Kozhikode has announced an extension for the registration deadline for the Common Admission Test (CAT) 2025. Candidates can now register until September 20, an extension from the previous deadline of September 13. Interested individuals aiming for admission into premier management institutions in India should visit the official website to apply.
The CAT 2025 examination is scheduled for November 30 and will take place in 170 cities nationwide, divided into three sessions. Applicants must select five exam centers in order of preference during the registration process.

The admit card for the CAT 2025 will be accessible for download starting November 5, 2025, from the official website. Following the examination on November 30, results are anticipated to be released in January 2026.
Increased Application Fees
Application Fee Update:
This year, the application fee for the CAT has seen an increase. General category applicants are now required to pay Rs 3000, up from Rs 2500. For candidates belonging to reserved categories, the fee is Rs 1300, a slight increase from the previous Rs 1250.
Eligibility Criteria for CAT 2025
Eligibility Requirements:
To be eligible for the CAT exam, candidates must possess a bachelor's degree with at least 50% marks or an equivalent CGPA (45% for SC, ST, and PwD candidates).
Final-year students or those who have completed all degree requirements and are awaiting results can also apply. They must provide a certificate from their university or institute's Principal or Registrar, confirming that all degree requirements have been met.
Applicants must meet at least one of the following criteria:
a) Hold a graduation degree with the necessary percentage of marks.
b) Have a professional degree (CA/CS/ICWA (CMA)/FIAI) with the required percentage of marks.
c) Be in the final year of graduation and have achieved the required percentage of marks.
Note: Minimum marks for SC/ST/PwD candidates is 45%, while General, EWS, and NC-OBC candidates must achieve at least 50%.
