Educational Qualification Requirements
Candidates must have a B.Sc. (Agriculture) degree from a UGC or AICTE recognized institution. The minimum qualifying marks are as follows:
* General and OBC candidates: At least 60% marks.
* SC and ST candidates: At least 55% marks.
Candidates with CGPA scores must convert their CGPA into a percentage when applying.
Age Requirements
The upper age limit is set at 30 years as of September 1, 2026. Age relaxation is applicable as per regulations: 5 years for SC/ST candidates and 3 years for OBC candidates from the non-creamy layer.
Stipend and Salary Details
During the one-year training, selected candidates will receive a stipend of ₹33,300 per month. After successful training, the basic salary will be ₹37,000 per month, with a pay scale ranging from ₹37,000 to ₹70,000, along with additional allowances as per organizational policies.
Selection Process
The selection process includes:
1. Preliminary online computer-based examination.
2. Shortlisting based on preliminary exam performance.
3. Final online examination at designated centers.
4. Personal interview.
5. Medical examination post-interview.
6. Final selection based on medical fitness according to IFFCO standards.
Candidates must have their own computer or laptop and internet access for the preliminary exam.
Post-Selection Posting
Training will occur at IFFCO's regional offices nationwide. However, candidates may be assigned to any IFFCO location across India upon regular appointment.
Language Proficiency Requirement
Candidates must be proficient in the regional language of the state they are applying for. Knowledge of Hindi and additional languages will be advantageous.
