IDBI Bank Recruitment 2025: The Industrial Development Bank of India (IDBI) has announced openings for two senior specialist roles on a contractual basis. Interested candidates must submit their applications by September 20, 2025.


Available Positions

Positions Available:


1. **PM and IT Head (Compliance)**: This role involves overseeing regulatory compliance and managing IT projects while ensuring adherence to project management, audit, and security protocols.


2. **General Manager (IT and MIS)**: The selected candidate will be responsible for digitizing the bank's reporting system (MIS), modernizing data systems, and developing new capabilities for advanced analytics.


Eligibility Criteria

Who Can Apply?


For the PM and IT position, candidates should possess an engineering or science degree along with an MCA or equivalent qualification. The IT and MIS role requires a BE, B.Tech, MCA, or MSc (IT).


The age limit for both positions is set between 40 to 55 years as of August 31, 2025. Additionally, applicants must have a minimum of 12 years of experience in the IT sector, including 5 years in a leadership role within banking or financial services.


Selection Process

Selection Procedure:


The selection will involve shortlisting, screening, and interviews, which may take place at the bank's corporate office in Mumbai or online. Final selections will be based on merit, medical fitness, and document verification.


The tenure for both roles is 5 years, subject to annual reviews. While the headquarters will be in Mumbai or Navi Mumbai, candidates may be assigned to locations across the country as needed.
