Changes in Mains Exam Pattern
Updated Mains Exam Structure:
The Mains examination pattern has been revised. While the Preliminary exam format remains the same, the Mains exam will now consist of 160 questions, with a total duration of 125 minutes. Previously, the Mains exam had 155 questions and lasted 120 minutes. Additionally, the Quantitative Aptitude section has been adjusted from 35 to 40 questions, with a time limit of 35 minutes.
Educational Requirements:
Candidates must possess a graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized institution. Basic computer knowledge is also essential, along with proficiency in the local language of the state from which the application is made.

Age Requirements:
Minimum Age: 20 years
Maximum Age: 28 years
Age relaxation is applicable for candidates belonging to reserved categories as per government guidelines.
