The Haryana Board of School Education (BSEH) has initiated the online application procedure for the annual examinations of 10th and 12th grades for the year 2026. Students can complete their applications by visiting the official website, bseh.org.in. This service is accessible to all students from regular schools, gurukuls, and universities.
Deadline for Applications Without Late Fees
Final date for timely applications is November 25, 2025.
Students wishing to submit their forms without incurring late fees must do so by this date. After November 25, late applications will be accepted, but additional fees will apply, increasing with the delay.
Examination Fees Breakdown
10th Grade Fee Structure:
Students in the 10th grade are required to pay a total of ₹1,000, which includes ₹850 for the examination fee, ₹50 for migration, and ₹100 for practicals.
12th Grade Fee Structure:
For 12th-grade students, the total fee is ₹1,200, comprising ₹1,000 for the examination fee, ₹100 for migration, and ₹100 for practicals. An additional ₹200 is applicable for those taking an extra subject from 11th to 12th grade.
Late Fee Schedule
Details of Late Fees:
Applications submitted between November 26 and December 2 will incur a late fee of ₹100. Those applying from December 3 to 9 will face an additional ₹300 fee, while submissions from December 10 to 16 will attract a penalty of ₹1,000. Applications will not be accepted after this period.
Refund Process for Double Payments
Refunds for Duplicate Payments:
In case of a double deduction during online payment, students need not worry. They can request a refund within 60 days from the last date of form submission. 10th-grade students should email assec@bseh.org.in, while 12th-grade students should contact assrs@bseh.org.in, including bank details and proof of payment. Refunds will not be processed after the deadline.
