HAL Recruitment 2025: Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) in Kanpur has issued an official notification on January 10, 2026, regarding the recruitment of ITI and Trade Apprentices. Eligible candidates are invited to submit their completed application forms via post to the Chief Manager at the Technical Training Institute, HAL Kanpur, by January 30, 2026.


Eligibility Criteria for ITI and Trade Apprentices

To qualify for the ITI Apprentice position, candidates must have completed the 10th grade under the 10+2 educational system and possess an ITI certificate in the relevant trade from an NCVT/SCVT-recognized institution, obtained in 2023, 2024, or 2025. For the Trade Apprentice role, candidates should have passed the 12th grade with the relevant subjects during the same years.


The age requirements for both positions are as follows: candidates must be at least 18 years old and not exceed 27 years.

Selection Process

Selection Criteria:


Candidates will be selected based solely on merit, with no written tests or interviews involved. The merit list will be compiled by assigning 70% weightage to the 10th-grade marks and 30% to the ITI marks.


Those chosen must present their original certificates during the document verification process. Additionally, candidates are required to be medically fit, supported by a medical certificate from the district hospital, and must provide a character certificate from the Superintendent of Police.
