Details of the Recruitment

This opportunity is specifically for engineering graduates. Candidates will be chosen through an interview process, and those selected will be compensated according to the 'E0' pay scale.


The recruitment will cover various engineering fields, with the majority of openings—78—allocated for Mechanical Engineering. Other vacancies include 25 for Electrical Engineering, 21 for Electronics, 7 for Civil, 6 for Computer Science, 6 for Production, 3 for Metallurgy, and 2 each for Aeronautical and Chemical Engineering.


Eligibility Criteria

What qualifications are needed?


Candidates must possess a full-time degree in the relevant engineering discipline from a recognized university. Degrees following the 10+2+4 or 10+3+3 patterns are acceptable. General, OBC (NCL), and EWS candidates must have a minimum of 60% marks, while SC, ST, and PwD candidates need at least 50%.


Age Limit and Selection Process


Applicants should not exceed 28 years of age as of October 17, 2026. Age relaxations apply: 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC-NCL candidates. PwBD candidates will also receive additional age concessions. The selection will be based on an interview, expected to take place in November, with appointments lasting up to three years.


Salary and Benefits

Compensation Details


The salary for the Junior Executive role ranges from ₹30,000 to ₹1,20,000. The starting basic pay is ₹30,000 per month, along with Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), and a cafeteria allowance of up to 35% of the basic pay. An annual increment of 3% in basic pay is also available during the second and third years. Additional benefits include medical insurance, provident fund, gratuity, leave encashment, uniform and shoe allowance, and travel allowances.
