Candidates for Human Resources apprentices will be chosen based on their postgraduate degree marks. Those with higher scores will be invited for document verification and an interview, with final selections determined by interview performance.
Selection for Other Trainees:
Other apprentices will be selected based on their examination scores. For instance, AITT marks for ex-ITI trainees, 10th-grade marks for fresh trade trainees, and degree or diploma marks for graduate/technician trainees will be evaluated.
A unified merit list will be created based on trade or subject. In cases of tied scores, preference will be given to the older candidate. Selected individuals must complete document verification, a medical examination, and police verification upon joining.
