WBSETCL Recruitment Eligibility Criteria 2024:

Indian Nationality Requirement:

• Candidates must be Indian Nationals, ensuring that only individuals holding citizenship of India are eligible to apply for the program. As a government enterprise of West Bengal, WBSETCL aims to provide training opportunities specifically to Indian citizens.

Educational Qualification:

• For Graduate Apprentice (Electrical):

  • Must have completed a four-year full-time course in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institute.
  • Graduates from the years 2021, 2022, or 2023 are eligible to apply.

• For Technician Apprentice (Electrical):

  • Should have completed a three-year full-time diploma course in Electrical Engineering or Technology from a recognized institute.
  • Diploma holders from the years 2021, 2022, or 2023 are eligible to apply.

Age Limit for Apprentice:

• For Graduate Apprentice (Electrical): Minimum age should be 22 years as of January 1, 2024.
• For Technician Apprentice (Electrical): Minimum age requirement is 18 years as of January 1, 2024.

2. Register on the portal using your NATS login ID.
3. Find "West Bengal State Electricity Transmission Company Limited" in the establishment list on the portal.
4. Click on the establishment name to apply for the apprenticeship program.
